Established in 1990, to install food grade flooring and protective coatings for various Industries and Government Departments. Based in Brisbane, HAG services all of Queensland and Northern NSW. Testament to our longevity, workmanship and value for money is the fact the majority of our work comes from repeat business, word of mouth and recommendation from our Suppliers. We are a Mid Tier flooring company, capable of handling large projects by assembling the HAG fleet of fully equipped vehicles and work crews. Alternatively, we are able to split crews and attend to multiple smaller projects.
Majority of our workers are long term employees and we are looking for additional staff to join us.
Casual Positions Available.
A large number of our clients operate Mon-Fri.
We help them out on weekends to re-fresh their flooring.
Whether you have a full time job and want to earn some extra money now and then, or you would like to start as a casual, with a view to moving Full Time with our team, register your interest.
Duties
You will perform the duties described below as required.
- Floor preparation – mechanical grinding, hand sanding, jack hammering, concrete cutting & drilling.
- Drying floors using heat guns, gas torch and air blowers.
- Priming floors by brush or roller.
- Install coving
- Lay epoxy mortar bedding to create falls or fill recess.
- Broadcast non-slip into coatings.
- Install epoxy or poly cement flooring using ; gauge rake, trowel, brush, roller or other.
We may also assign you other duties, where reasonable for your position, training and experience.
Above award rate depending on experience and productivity.

- Have experience with epoxy flooring.
- Have attention to detail.
- Possess an open class driver’s license (MR license is advantageous)
- Demonstrate reliability and trustworthiness.
- Can engage in physical work for the duration of a full day.
- Performs well in a team environment.
- Bring relevant experience and skills in concrete, resin, or epoxy work.
- Are willing to learn best practice preparation and produce consistent high quality finish.
- Are available for weekend work.
